Yoga In The Workplace
You juggle many tasks, make long hours, and push deadlines. Your body is out of sync with your mind’s demands. An hour of yoga is all you need. We start with basic breathing and postures that ground and strengthen. As your body settles into the movements, your mind quiets down. Self-care builds resilience. Come try it out and stretch yourself in new ways.

Venue: Solitude Retreat Centre in Dargle Valley, KZN, South Africa.
This retreat offers a physical and mental space for PhD candidates and anyone else who long for uninterrupted time to write.
A few days in nature, away from the daily pressures, held by a collective of individuals with similar desire. The purpose is to spend focused time in a quiet environment that inspires to find your voice and put pen to paper. Time together is gently structured around lots of alone time for thinking and writing, with some time sharing a meal and a chat, and optional yoga, mindfulness or coaching conversation.
The retreat is fully catered and runs over four days, starting with dinner on Thursday evening, and ending with lunch on Sunday.
