In whispers soft or echoes loud
In silence deep, or in a crowd
Language weaves a tapestry
A bridge across the vast, the free.
From ancient scrolls to modern tweet
In every phrase, a pulse, a beat
A dance of words, a melody
A mirror of humanity.
It builds empires, tears them down
Gives rise to smiles, or paints a frown
A single word can spark a flame
Or soothe a soul, or stake a claim.
It’s in the stories that we tell
The secrets that we guard so well
In letters penned with love or woe
A power only hearts can know.
With language, hearts and minds entwine
A shared reflection, thought divine
The poet’s verse, the orator’s call
Language holds the key to all.
In every tongue, a world unfolds
A history rich, a future bold
The power lies within the sound
In every word, a truth profound.
