Benjamin Janse van Rensburg of Positive Vibes and Lila Ukabhai, Leadership Embodiment coach, share their experiences in the Free2Lead Fellowship Programme. KORUMO has designed this training and coaching programme to support leaders in LGBTIQA+ movements in 14 countries. The online programme concluded with an in-person Leadership Retreat to deepen lessons learnt and offer somatic practices.
