Mo Salomon is a queer, non-binary leadership coach and founder of KORUMO driving transformative change, gender justice, and Next-Gen leadership. With 30 years of experience across global development, land rights, and queer liberation, they bring a unique blend of strategy, soul, and system-shifting insight.
Rethabile Jessica Gamede
Facilitator
Rethabile Jessica Gamede is a Black queer feminist activist, coach, and facilitator who weaves wellness into every space—whether in movements, teams, or daily life. Working at the intersection of healing and systems change, she blends deep listening with technical expertise to help organizations grow with justice and purpose.
Karen Engel
Facilitator
Karen Engel is a Dutch-Chilean coach, facilitator, and researcher passionate about community resilience, climate adaptation, and inclusive development. Her leadership blends collectivity and imagination, shaped by deep engagement in intercultural learning and disaster-affected communities.

Yes, we support individual enrolment. You’ll be placed in a cohort with other learners and get access to all live sessions, group coaching, eLearning modules, and community resources..
Yes. We support group registration. Each learner gets access to all live sessions, group coaching, eLearning modules, and community resources. You’ll receive one invoice for your organisation.
We keep our cohorts small—typically around 20 to 25 participants—to allow for meaningful peer connection, small-group coaching, and a safe, spacious learning environment.
We recommend 2–4 hours per week, including live sessions, group coaching, digital learning, and reflection tools. Sessions are spaced to allow breathing room.
Once you’ve registered and paid, you’ll receive a welcome email within 24 hours. This will include your login details and any next steps on how to get started.
We ask participants to commit to attending all live sessions in order to complete the course, but if something comes up, the Learning Lab and community platform will help you stay on track.
Yes. All live sessions and modules are hosted online. You can also download content to access it offline via the TalentLMS app.
Each learner receives their own website login where they can access everything in one place. The eLearning content is delivered via TalentLMS—a mobile-friendly platform with options for offline access after download and resources aligned to each session in the program.
